A defining chapter was establishing and growing Frauscher’s India operations: from entering the market to building a base for manufacturing, engineering and innovation, serving Indian Railways, metro systems and global EPC partners.
Today, as a strategic advisor, my focus spans technology direction, India strategy, governance and leadership mentoring. Through XNEEV, I’m bringing that practical perspective to founders building their next chapter.
